Sunday rides start in Caledon (Heritage/Mississauga Rd). Miranda will begin the ride with a proper safety introduction and explanation of the route and give some coaching tips specific for long rides. The first 20-30km is a no-drop warmup with Miranda providing feedback and coaching advice. After 30km, everyone will do their own planned distance/duration of workout.
